What is High-Precision 3D point cloud data?
We use a mobile mapping system* which uses Japan's most advanced surveying technology to measure expressways and freeways throughout Japan. The data is provided in a form that combines a vast amount of data. We maintain the data to keep it fresh so that we can respond to new extensions and changes in road conditions. This data can be used for a variety of purposes, including solving road traffic problems, and contributes to the realization of labor saving and efficiency in various aspects, as well as the creation of a safe and secure environment.
- *MMS (Mobile Mapping System) is a vehicle equipped with GPS, camera, laser scanner, IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit), etc.
